Shipping Policy

  • Due to the pandemic, there might be a delay in shipping.

  • We are not responsible for any shipping damages.

To US and International customers

  • Please be aware of import fees/taxes. These fees are not charged by Cokamo and are beyond our control. Please contact your local customs office for more details.

Local Toronto pickup is also available (temporarily unavailable due to the pandemic). This will happen once a week on Saturday:

  • At 2-2:30PM in Finch

  • At 3-3:30PM in Eglinton

*Handmade products

  • Jewelry: there will be additional 2-3 day processing time. 

  • Handmade candles: it will take approximately 3-5 days.

Return & Exchange Policy

An order cannot be cancelled when it is already shipped. An order on handmade products (jewelry and candles) cannot be cancelled as we start crafting as soon as we receive an order. 

 

Our jewelry are hypoallergenic. They are made up of and plated with materials that are less likely to cause an allergy. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be no allergic reaction and we are not responsible for those incidents. Please make a purchase carefully if you have very sensitive skin.

 

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as you receive a product (or at least within three days of arrival), we will issue a refund or a replacement.
